Michael’s been in the restaurant game almost as long as he can remember. Known for successful establishments Maria’s, MULA, and Taco Co., he knows the importance of creating experiences for guests that go beyond just good food. If he’s not up late trying to think of The Next Big Thing, he’s probably putting in work as his son’s wrestling coach.
Sammy Pattavina | Operations Director
The man with the plan, Sammy brings eight years of managerial expertise and operational know-how into the fold. From organizing large-scale events to developing employee relationships, there’s no detail too small or task too unmanageable for Sammy. He’s currently counting down the days until he can start taking his 1-year old son to his first real barbershop appointment.
Kristina Lee | Culinary Director
You probably know Kristina. If not, you’ve probably heard of her brainchild, Nice Rollz, and their wildly popular spicy bulgogi burger. Regardless, Kristina brings a sharp culinary mind that she will get to flex any number of ways to the Extra Credit Group. You can catch her slamming macchiatos and feeding her friends like her life depends on it.
Jake Dawson | Creative Director
Before EC, Jake was both filming and starring in doc-style content for a variety of clients all throughout the country. Now, he’s focused on specializing his modus operandi of in-your-face-visuals to the food and beverage scene. When Jake’s not being an obsessive creative, he’s most likely researching his next shoe purchase.
